Pattern Design


After taking a digital pattern-making workshop with LAUNDRY STUDIO’s, Jennifer Stady, I was inspired to implement my new fascination with this process as often as I could. The process of making patterns is that of using physical paint, photos, or scans and creating a repeatable image that would line up with itself when strategically placed.

Working with CLO3D, my use of these patterns has ranged from 3D skins for garments, to texture treatment for wallpapers and clothing.
 

This practice is versital for clothing print, logo design, and pattern making -- which can be seen in my other branding projects.
